Whole-Grain Toast with Yogurt and Pistachios

This breakfast combines protein, fiber, and healthy fat to give you energy all morning long.

Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 2 slices whole-grain toast
  • 2 tablespoon honey
  • 2 tablespoon shelled pistachios

Directions

  1. Spread nonfat Greek yogurt on whole-grain toast. Drizzle each with honey. Sprinkle each with shelled pistachios. Serve immediately.
