Vegetarian Eggs Benedict

another vegetarian breakfast 

Ingredients:

 1 tablespoon of margarine
2 ounces of sour cream
1 dash of paprika
1 dash of nutmeg
1 dash of red pepper
¼ pound of tofu
3 tablespoons vinegar (apple cider)
1 dash salt
2 tablespoons of olive oil
½ a teaspoon of lemon juice
1 English muffin
2 slices of faux bacon
2 slices of tomato


Preparation:

Preheat the oven to temperature of 450 degrees Fahrenheit and combine salt, vinegar, tofu and olive oil. Pour the bowl contents into a baking pan and cook for twenty minutes with constant flipping.Combine margarine, paprika, pepper, lemon juice and sour cream in a bowl and heat these ingredients until they start bubbling. 
Toast the English muffin and top it with the faux bacon, tofu and tomato slices.
Pour the sauce and serve.
