1 ½ cup of water
½ tablespoon of Cocoa powder (dry and unsweetened)
½ cup of frozen blue berries (unsweetened)
1 cup of 100% natural oatmeal (whole grain)
2 tablespoons of flax seed (ground flax)
2 tea spoons of brown sugar
Boil water in pan and mix all the dry ingredients together in a bowl before adding them to boiling water. Cook for about two to three minutes at low heat. After cooking, stir the mixture with the frozen blueberries.
