My size of cup in ALL recipes 1cup = approx. 5 ounces = approx. 127 grams = approx. 1 ½ deciliters There are always also ounces or pounds and grams or kilos.
A pound = 15, 8 ounces = 450 grams
Spoon = approximately ¾ ounce = 25 grams
Teaspoon = 1/ 3 of a spoon = ¼ ounce = 6 1/ 4 grams
A Pinch = 0,013 ounce = ¼ grams
All degrees are both in Celsius and Fahrenheit.
