Burrito Panini

 2 eggs, hard-boiled (chopped or sliced)
 2 whole wheat
 8-inched tortillas
 ½ cup of small spinach leaves
 1/ 3cup of corn salsa and black beans
 ¼ cup of Mexican cheese (shredded)


Heat the Panini mixture to medium high temperature Place one egg in the center of each tortilla and top it evenly with salsa, spinach and cheese. Fold up the sides of the tortilla. Grill the burritos in the Panini mixture until the tortillas are toasted enough. Cut and serve after the filling is cooked.
