Baked Olives and Eggs

How To Make Amazing Vegetarian Breakfast

 1/ 8 teaspoon of rough salt
 2 Eggs
 2 tablespoons of heavy cream
 2 or 3 chopped pieces of Pit less Green Olives.
Fresh ground black pepper
Three tablespoons of toasted breadcrumbs




Preheat the oven to a temperature of 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Break open two eggs into separate gratin dish and keep the yolk intact. Top it with cream and scatter the olive bits around the eggs. Sprinkle with pepper and salt according to taste and bake in oven for around 6 minutes till the whites have settled and till the yolks have become very loose. Garnish it with roasted breadcrumbs and serve hot.
