Apple Pecan Pancakes Recipe


How To Make Amazing Vegetarian Breakfast
1 ½ cups of soy milk
 ½ cup of soft tofu (silken tofu)
1/ 3 cup of vegetable shortening
½ teaspoon Salt, Cinnamon, Nutmeg
1 ½ cups of Flour
2 ½ teaspoons of Baking Powder

Pulse together all the ingredients in a food processor or blender except for the pecans. Wait for the apples to be minced and the ingredients to be properly blended. As an alternative, you can also chop the apples by hand into fine pieces and then mix all the ingredients together. Pecans should be added gently in the form of spoonfuls onto a griddle or an oiled skillet at low temperature and cook until bubble start appearing. Flip to make sure that both sides have turned lightly golden brown.
